The awesome dreamy effect in 4pm by ~jonesphd was achieved by using dual exposure, with the second exposure being slightly out of focus for these Jasmine flowers; so in this shot, there's something for both - dreamers and technique-interested photographers. (Suggested by ~batisi3o9 and Featured by `hesitation)
